US Precision Manufacturing, Inc. dba LIGI Tool & Engineering
Welcome to our second quarter newsletter. We are excited to share with you our new company name. As you know we support U.S. Veterans and wanted to reference our country with our NEW name, “US Precision Manufacturing, Inc.” We will maintain our dba trade name, LIGI Tool & Engineering.
While we continue to improve and grow our processes, we see the positive impact it has had on our employees and our customers. Some of our new factory processes have been put into place with new equipment and additional staff. This includes kicking off our new 3D printing program. This program will first begin manufacturing for materials such as carbon fiber and associated materials for our aerospace customers. All of this, creating an exciting buzz within our Company and more opportunities for our customers.
Implementing our factory concept to supplement job shop manufacturing, core prototyping and specialty work has allowed us to gain efficiency which results in better pricing. The Company has added:
- New Equipment
2- 5 axis and 4- 3/4 axis CNC machines
- New Staff
Operating Engineer, Machinists, and Operators
The Company continues to serve the following industries as well as looking to expand into other venues.

Aerospace/Aircraft, High Tech, Additive Manuf., Automotive, Medical, DOD, Mining, Firearms, Gas & Oil, Marine
In addition to our current industries, LIGI will continue to review any submitted RFQ’s as well as any price points or delivery requirements in all industries.
With increased manufacturing requests the Company’s goal is to respond to all RFQ’s within a 5-day period.
Q2 Employee Highlight: Quality Control Manager, Brandon Warner.
Brandon has brought many skills and added assets/resources to LIGI. With extensive experience and training in; quality control in AS9100, ISO9001, ISO1725, ISO14001, lean manufacturing, CPK analysis, theoretical value production, test and measurement, calibration and qualification, auto cad and solid works. We value all that Brandon brings to LIGI and our customers, enabling us to ensure our customers are getting quality parts every time.
Brandon holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Clarkson University and has over 15 years of experience in various industries. Including head of sales engineering for a leading metrology company and product line management. His experience includes material compliance, hardware and software automation, application processes, tooling, and fixture design.
Our employees are our greatest assets, and we will continue to highlight them in future newsletters.
